Dyeing is a process in which color is transferred to a finished textile or textile material to add permanent and long-lasting color.

Samples of fabric are dyed and checked against the specialization of colour samples approved by customers. The quality control Team confirms the accuracy of the colour of the dyed samples using various testing devices before the dying process begins.

Stage-1
Our first step towards dyeing after getting client's requirements: Transport of the dye molecules from solution to the substrate surface.
Stage-2
Second step after getting client's requirements: Dye adsorption on the substrate surface and letting take it its required time.
Stage-3
Diffusion of the dye from the substrate surface to the interior of the fiber through its amorphous regions.
Stage-4
Fixation of the dye onto & within the substrate via covalent bonds, hydrogen bonds, ion-exchange or van der Waals forces.
