Shami’s cutting department is equipped with most sophisticated equipment’s. Departmental aim is cutting of fabric as per customer’s requirement and control fabric wastage.
Cutting department equipped with CAD systems for pattern making and grading. Auto spreader and cutter increase its production by reducing fabric waste and increasing fabric usability. Manual cutting also runs parallel to auto cutting for the smooth supply chain.

Fabric Layering
On 20 plus Cutting Tables, we can layer 500 KG fabric in a Day and can cut it as per Garment's requirement.
Pattern Tracing
Our expert team of Pattern Masters make sure that every piece should be cut as per design pattern.
Cutting
We use both, manual and computerized cutting machines to produce 5000 pieces in a day.
